1. Who we are

CandorVites is a brand of BITCODER, based in Surat, Gujarat, India, India. These terms apply when you buy from candorvites.com. By paying, you agree to them. You can reach us at support@candorvites.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital designs, such as Canva templates, PSD files and PNG graphics. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists every piece, the file types, the sizes and the software you need. Please read it before you buy.

3. Prices and tax

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST. We issue a GST invoice for each order to the email address you gave at checkout. We use the state you choose at checkout to work out the tax.

4. Paying

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. The provider's own terms apply to the payment.

5. Getting your purchase

After payment succeeds we email a private order link. From that page you open your Canva templates or download your files. Keep the link private, because anyone who has it can use it. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us and we'll resend it.

6. Your license

What you may do with a design depends on the license you chose. In short, you may use the design for yourself, or for clients and your own business if you bought the commercial license, but you may not resell, share or give away the template, the files or the link. 7. Refunds

Our Cancellation and refund policy is part of these terms.

8. Your account

You can sign in with a code we email to you, to see your orders. You can delete your account at any time. Orders and tax documents stay, because we must keep business records.

9. Acceptable use

Don't share your order link, copy or resell our designs, or try to break or overload the store.

10. Our responsibility

We describe each product honestly and fix problems promptly. We're not responsible for results that depend on you or others, such as how a printer reproduces colors, or changes Canva or Adobe make to their own software. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a right the law doesn't let us limit.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. The terms in force when you buy are the ones that apply to that order.

12. Complaints

Email complaints to support@candorvites.com. We acknowledge them within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction, but you can always bring a consumer complaint where you live or work.
