Shipping and delivery policy

Nothing is shipped

Everything CandorVites sells is digital: Canva template links and downloadable files such as PSD and PNG. We don't post anything, and there are no shipping charges. Each listing says what you'll get and which app you need to edit it.

When you get it

Once your payment is confirmed, we email a private order link to the address you entered at checkout. This usually happens within a few minutes. Sometimes the payment takes longer to confirm, and then the email comes as soon as it does.

How you get it

• Open the order link to see everything you bought.
• For a Canva template, use the link on that page to open your own copy in Canva.
• For files, download them from the same page. Each download link works for 30 minutes, so open the order page again whenever you need a fresh one.
• You can download each file up to 25 times per order. If you need more, write to us and we'll help.
• You can also sign in with a code we email you, to find all your orders in one place.

Keep the order link private. Anyone who has it can open your purchase.

Where we deliver

Delivery happens online, so it works wherever you have internet and an email address.

If the email doesn't arrive

• Check your spam or promotions folder first.
• If it isn't there, email support@candorvites.com with the address you used and, if you have it, your order or payment number. We'll resend the link.
• If you typed the wrong email address at checkout, tell us the right one, the amount you paid and roughly when. We'll send the link there once we've matched it to your order.

We reply within 2 business days.

If something doesn't work

If a link or file doesn't open, write to us and we'll fix it. If we can't, our Cancellation and refund policy explains when you get your money back.
